set a good example

children are always watching you. even when you don't think so. what i can't stand is parents that act so righteous when the kids are looking but when they aren't well things are totally different. it is nice to now go home, now that i am grown, and see my parents still doing the same practices that they did when i was growing up.

come to the table

more families should and must sit down for meals as a family now before the tradition is gone forever. too many people are eating on the run and in their cars.
